Onboarding
Installation
Our qualified electrician will come on-site at a suitable time to install Parkedin's device on the rollerdoor. Parkedin will maintain and replace the device should any complications arise.
Admin Onboarding
Our team will teach your appointed admins on how to utilise the PiB dashboard, monitor the usage and go through all the features we have to offer. With 24/7 support we will always be there to assist.
User onboarding
Parkedin will also help onboard your users by downloading the app and registering or manually adding the users to the verified list to access the car park right away.
